1. Building Block teams complete all assigned Jira tasks related to this publication

2. The tech writer reviews the specification content to ensure that our standards are met and templates are followed

3. The Architecture team performs a Technical Review of each completed Building Block specification

4. A selected group of community members will perform a document review (not a technical review) to ensure that the overall framework document is well-written (grammar, spelling, etc) and internally consistent.

5. The 1.0 framework is published and made publicly available
