  1. Playbook content is designed as reference implementations of GovStack progress.

  2. Playbook road map describes where we are in this process.

  3. GovStack teams and implementing partners (service design teams, product team, architecture team, sandbox team, among others) prepare an initial draft of content/tools/methods according to the implementation roadmaps and capacity-building/workshops requirements.

  4. Content/tools/methods are presented in Tuesdays' sessions for further brainstorming and participant feedback.

  5. GovStack teams and implementing partners incorporate feedback and ideas and present a revised version, including graphic design elements, for a final round of feedback before publishing.

  6. Playbook content/tools/methods are continuously iterated as we move forward with reference implementations.
