• Hint text and label usage

• Guidance on progress bars (and when you dont need them)

• Document upload pattern (explain format, size etc, multiple docs)

• Error patterns and validation

• Question pattern:

  • Remove ‘other ways to provide info’

  • Add ‘where you can find the information being asked'

• Start page could be more about ‘who its for’ then use before you start for docs you need
