Need to converge different testing efforts for the Govstack BB’s.

Need for a focussed effort with one SPOC per BB to streamline the testing efforts.

Discuss the various activities involved in the Govstack API testing and integration effort

Need for common testing templates that all BB’s can use for their test scenarios. @Taylor Downs presented a standard template that can be used for this purpose. (GovStackWorkingGroup/bb-template)

Finalize the use case definition for the postpartum and infant care registration, with API details and curl commands from each BB.
