Review each partner organistion roadmap

  • Partners agreed to have an integrated roadmap where each partner can insert and update their corresponding activtes

Agree with the Djibouti country representatives on eCabinet and Construction permit high level roadmap

  • Roadmap was agreed and will be managed using Jira and Confluence.

  • In order to kick off the co-design journey we need to coordinate with you the following:

    • Schedule the weekly calls one for each service 

    • Identify the service owner of each of the services, they will need to be part of the calls

    Start the co-design of "To-Be" user journeys 

    Co-design the capacity building & management plan 

    Prepare the digitalization road map
