Team

We need to refer to a specific application area (for example, vaccine call-chain monitoring/health surveillance, emergency management, cadastral data management, etc.) to validate the the needed functionalities and provide a context for specification testing and development, as well as the link with the work done by other building groups.

Action Items and Decisions

Team

  • Team members should nominate two candidate application areas to be selected as use cases/stories for the scoping activities. Top selection criteria include:

    • Need to be relevant to the countries targeted by GovStack

    • One or more in team members have the expertise to provide subject matter knowledge into the application area

    • Application/use case is for a national/regional level application (as opposed to small city or district level work)

    • Can easily be connected to work done by other Building Groups

    • Relevance to SDGs

  • Team should consult the country engagement team for their feedback
