Discussion of the use case completion and effort planning team

Team

  • The next activity to complete the scoping draft is to use the logical process blueprint template to break down each logical step of the high-level process journey (incident reporting, location verification, resource dispatching, situation management, incident disposition, and incident archiving).

  • Reference documents should be sufficient to guide this activity.

  • Efforts should be split among the GIS BB team members, so each member plays the duel rules as a creator of the logical process of one step, and a reviewer of the logical process steps created by others.

  • Cross links and integration of the created logical steps will be done at the end and added to the master use document.

Action Items

  • Meeting attendees decided to split the effort of creating logical process of the individual steps as follows:

    • Incident Reporting, Location Verification, and Situation Management → assigned to @Tarek Rashed

    • Resource Dispatching → assigned to @Neil Roy Chowdhury (Unlicensed)

    • Incident Disposition and Incident Archiving → assigned to @Dongpo Deng

  • All GIS BB team members are highly encouraged to actively engage in the co-creation and review process.

Decision

  • Complete a first draft of the logical process of individual steps by COB of Friday (Jan 20, 2023) and share with the rest of the GIS team members for feedback and review before our next weekly meeting scheduled on Jan 24, 2023.
