  • Research standards that need to be complied with

  • Document standards into specifications

  • Align to GovStack principles

  • Plan research questions

 

Guidance:

  • Identify guidance for tools / frontend frameworks etc

  • Document guidance into specs

 

Patterns:

  • Identify relevant patterns from other organisations

  • Document patterns and guidance (MVP, not designing anything new)

  • Talk to tech in Sandbox team about challenges handing over between building blocks

 

Testing: 

  • Speak to in-country team to see how we can plan this

  • Draft research questions and discussion guides

 

Before moving on to phase 2, reprioritise based on what we learn.
