What assistance do we need to give BB leads with volunteers?

• In reference to helping with feedback seen in Jira

• People need to have great interpersonal skills — being able to connect people is more important than being the specific expert in a subject (though domain knowledge is important) — @PSRAMKUMAR

• Encouraging smaller contributions from a greater number of people / orgs will be key

• So, once we move into a post 1.0 environment, we need to ensure that our hiring priorities focus on these skills so we have the right number of people supporting a wide number of volunteers.

• The right communications will matter

• The future scope things need to be in Jira — @PSRAMKUMAR & @Rachel Lawson (Unlicensed)
