Notifications for Credential Generation/Revocation


•Added a flag for notification.
•For credential generation notifications are sent and if credential is revoked as a restored action, an additional notification is also sent.
•For credential revocation notifications are sent and if credential is generated as a restored action then an additional notification is also sent.
•Above notifications are sent for both OTP and Token based APIs.
•Templates used are RS_VIN_REV_SUCCESS and RS_VIN_GEN_SUCCESS for revocation and generation respectively.
