Discuss the workflow for linking Functional ID with Foundation ID for different sectors and individual organizations in those sectors.

Minutes of the Meeting

Smita presented the workflow for identity hierarchies. Each sector is a partner with the Identity BB. The citizen is assigned a PSUT in each sector. Each sector has many organizations under it and these organizations also assign unique identities called Functional Identities to the citizen.

Action Items

Smita to refine the mechanism to include these use cases:

1. Functional ID Registration Mechanism

2. Authentication in Citizen Portal using Functional ID

3. G2P payments
