Change log:

  • added IM to the graph, so the flow is clear. This contains topic placeholders (we’ll define them probably later)

  • project service renamed to weather event service

  • weather event service is simplified, so organisations and projects are left out. Now we’re fetching end users directly, and filter them out based on the location in the alert we got from ICPAC

  • added broadcast status update flow to the weather event service (TBC)
