baserow working hypothesis as result from SND-686
baserow can be used for one of the microservices in PoC to showcase it as an official BB software
to be more efficient, for other registries/DBs we should use plain DB
recommendation and choice by Husika tbd together with them
rapidpro working hypothesis as result from SND-693
if final deployment issues are solved tomorrow via meeting with rapidpro representative, we will investigate its functionality and if its suitable for PoC, we will use it, but also flag the issues we encountered to Husika team
