  • Organizational roadmap

    • @Esther Ogunjimi : we can have the events calendar and the Roadmap separately

  • @Eskandar, Hani on UNGA event: We asked the SDG digital day team to feature GovStack, details to be worked out. We can target to be featured in other events, lets discuss offline

  • @PSRAMKUMAR : We can visit monthly milestones of waves 1 2 and 3 and sync with service providers on V1.0.

  • @Wes Brown can create a roadmap around events

  • @Andrea Donath : UNGA: does anyone have an idea how to become a High Impact Initiative (presented in the courese of the SDG Digital Day 17th Sept.)

3

  • GovStack Goals

    • @Wes Brown : Are we actually using these goals, we are quite late on a few, highlighted in yellow

    • @Martinez, Yolanda (Deactivated) : This slide was approved in Strategic Governance Committee in 2023.

    • @Nora Hauptmann : It will be helpful to have a master roadmap.

    • @Jake Watson : We need to ground these goals in workstreams.

    • @Rachel Lawson (Unlicensed) : Have these represented on Jira so they can be managed.
      Priority discussions

4

  • New Meeting format

    • @Wes Brown & @Rachel Lawson (Unlicensed) : Can we just use confluence instead on PPT and confluence?

    • @Wes Brown : We can discuss the proposals on Slack. Try it out for a couple of weeks and review

    • @Martinez, Yolanda (Deactivated) : PPT confluence has served its purpose well. Strategic Committee meeting-level agreements are captured on OneNote, this was agreed. (Also conforms to the data protection requirements we have agreed upon for that meeting)

5

  • GovSpec Management:

    • @Wes Brown How do we make progress after BB Leads Roll out

    • @Eskandar, Hani We need to resume the conversation on sustainability.

    • Contracts are ending this month if not next month

    • @PSRAMKUMAR : Its key that further work on specs is driven by real-world use cases.

    • @Jake Watson :

      • We need to continue with ID and Payment.

      • We should reach out to current members and explore if they can work as volunteers.

      • Let's get service providers into spec works

    • @Rachel Lawson (Unlicensed) : If we are going to be volunteer-led, open to service providers etc, will require a big change, but it might be a welcome change.

    • @Margus Mägi : Call for Working Group leads must be made. We can differentiate if in certain BB, do the leads need to be Domain experts?

    • @PSRAMKUMAR : I second Margus, we need a person who can manage the WG and rep GovStack. Lets not wait for the contracts to end to contact the members.

    • @Eskandar, Hani : Until September we can ask folks to volunteer until then we should resolve these issues.

    • @Nico Lueck , we should find other incentives to WG members if we arent paying them.

    • ACTION: Form a group to discuss further. Volunteers for the group:

      • @Rachel Lawson (Unlicensed)

      • @Wes Brown

      • @Cora Bay

6

Call for an After Action Review of the 1.0 Publication.

Volunteers:

  • @Margus Mägi

7

Collaborative process for Eval of new BBs pushed to next week

8

9

  • Questions from Tech Committee:

    • Wave 3 timelines?

    • @PSRAMKUMAR :

      • Do we go for TAC review? If yes then feedback needs to be incorporated before September.

      • By August the Specs should be in review worthy state.

      • This discussion to be continued in Prod Comm.

      • @Eskandar, Hani : My suggestion is to let the Infra work but outside of the september deadline since they are all volunteers anyway
