• Women in GovTech mentorship program launching first onboarding of mentors and mentees tomorrow. Over 130 mentor applicants and 240 mentee applicants, with final selections made for first cohort. Kudos to Women in GovTech team for tremendous effort in applicant review and selections.

Declaration of Intent between ITU and Kazakhstan on GovStack @Martinez, Yolanda (Deactivated)

• Good progress made on Kazakhstan regional cooperation, with letter of intent signed and understanding of Kazakhstan's advanced digital transformation journey. Opportunity for knowledge sharing in the region.

Advisory Board meeting (Date & topics) @Nora Hauptmann

• Next meeting set for Dec 5 hosted by BMZ. Partners to confirm Advisory Board member attendance ASAP.

• Will invite Advisory Board input on agenda and discussion topics as soon as date set. Focus on brief update presentation and maximizing discussion time.

• Running evalution on two open calls for Djibouti.

• The Somali CMS system evaluation process to kick off

Specs

• Wave 3 specs have 10 new use cases ready, just 1 pending final review. Trying to get final updates for Wave 3 building blocks but some teams less responsive. Will proceed with publishing available specs in October without further delays.

• On track for publishing Wave 1, 2, and available Wave 3 specs in October. E-Signature, GIS, UI/UX guidelines ready. E-Marketplace pending some final feedback.

• 2023 and initial 2024 roadmaps shared for review and input. Focus in near term on reviewing and enhancing existing content.

Digital learning materials

• Good progress on developing Digital Identity animated course. Updating Women in GovTech and GovTech 101 training materials.
