• Who should receive the “end of year in review-letter”?

  • Will be sent to all 3 lists (Working groups, country teams, German GovTech community) shared by @Farina Owusu ! In total 650 people will get this

• I thought we would send it to a large audience, hence I shared the long contact lists with you @Arielle Diamond . I think it would be nice to send it to everyone to give them an overview about what we did this year. But I wasn’t present for the earlier discussions around that. So if there is a reason to only send it to the smaller circle, that is fine by me.

  • Agreed, the more the merrier. Comms will start a thread with Product team @Wes Brown to get a list of contributors that we can send out thank you emails to.

• I would then suggest to send another form of update to the whole GovStack community, maybe one that isn’t as detailed.

  • We will have 2 emails,

    • Detailed marketing email, this will be sent to all

    • A recognition and thank you email that will be sent to GovStack staff.

• If the target group is supposed to be only the WG members and close country partners, please only use the word list I shared as recipients. Thank you

• Plus @Arielle Diamond would like to review the final open comments on the document with the group
