2025-02-17 Governace Committee Meeting
To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.
This page describes the GovStack Governance Committee meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions and decisions.

UX/UI group request to fund travel costs and advertise talk on conference @Nico Lueck @Ali González | 3 facilitators are asking to cover the travel costs. Event hosted by Dutch Ministry of Interior. Need to determin: (1) target group; (2) is there a need; (3) how many experts are necessary. Might be useful to show support via covering travel costs as it would show that we support the GovStack community. Might set specific tasks for the experts. Might be possible to to split the cost. More detailed terms and conditions to be clarified in upcoming GCs in March. | |
GovSpecs: Working Groups
|
| Within the GIZ grant, ESTDEV has resources for service contracts for both long/short term experts/working group leads, with contracts until 30 June 2025. I suggest using those resources dependant on the most urgent tasks for most critical WGs. Please suggest a deadline for when such a list of tasks will be ready so we can launch the process. NB! According to GIZ procurement rules, for all payments above 1000 EUR, an open call needs to be established - not a full scale public procurement process but direct offers are not an option.
