This page describes the GovStack meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions and decisions.

To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.

	@PSRAMKUMAR / @Steve Conrad	In Arch team: ID BB has shared a presentation with other WGs with a template on a single baseline. @Shukla, Ayush and @Rounak Nayak taking charge on documentation tooling and TC meetings. Supported by @Esther Ogunjimi and @Wes Brown ! TC meeting has had discussions with DJI team that has brought points on Imp roadmap. In the next week we are to have a workshop to come up with an agreed roadmap.

	@Wes Brown	PC is merging with TC Reduced activity in both Committees
	@Wes Brown	Citizen engagement use case presented in TC. @Wes Brown creating the use case in GovStack template. It will be made public on Dev version. @Hans Christian Ende in future, can the TC and PC split if the work load grows.
	@Nico Lueck	Display on the website, a lot harder. @Wes Brown For systems like Compliance, DIAL will host till the end of year. We will need resources to take ower and even improve them beyond that time.
	@Nico Lueck	Wed will be a call with UNICC to propose them taking over things like hosting of Sandbox and knowledge building. UNICC interested to support and be a partner. There is a new use case from HoA, where there is some funding that can be used. Mifos still working on their component. Resolving issues with MOSIP.
