2023-09-11 Governance Committee Meeting

This page describes the GovStack Governance Committee meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions, and decisions.

To avoid long meetings where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have, and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions, and actions needed for greatest impact.

Mapping of Knowlege Structure

Otion 1: @Sarah Farooqi Voting members to appoint representatives to work on the FigJam board for GovStack products

Option 2: @Wes Brown Comms team can work on this

While this can involve Comms, this has strategic consiquences. Thus, we need to first evaluate this before we hand this to the comms team.

@Nico Lueck not only documents. I doesnt make sense from a user perspective to only organize documents. It should include all offerings - e.g. eLearning.

How does GovStack recognise and apreciate the contribution from technical experts

@PSRAMKUMAR @Wes Brown @Margus Mägi @Nico Lueck and @Rachel Lawson (Unlicensed) shared ideas on how this can be done.
