Vikash: Submitted an abstract to the International Journal of Information Quality. 

Focus in on Progress made since 2019 in terms of: GovStack initiatives and its components, customized workflows and sandbox approach, experiences and lessons learnt. 

Paper deadline: 1 January 2023

Last year event took place in New York, 2023 event takes place in San Fransisco 

7-8 papers to be submitted 

Possibility to have 2 tracks dedicated to GovStack

Ingrid: Engage PhD students 

Think of GovStack scholarships, Estonia has industry scholarships 

Nico: Research topics can be divided into  

-Impact research on BB/whole gov approach 

-How open source communities work and how can it be sustainable 

-Developing communities 

Margus:  

-BB and overall governance structure, then come up with a holistic approach 

-work on a structural wireframe, taking into account the BB, PB, then see how the research comes together 

Nico- Each org decides on their focus areas 

Sherman: Have a decentralized approach to research 

Create a survey to narrow down on the research angle. 

Ingrid: Who will create the survey form for research domain mapping? 

Margus: We can do a Miro or something with blocks and then start to collect the ideas and see where it overlaps and what way it could go
