Research Strategy

Discussion

How do we frame the initial topics?

Structure discussion around BBs?

Following up on the Taltech discussion, 4 Master's thesis are being developed. What more can be provided by Taltech, in terms of research?

Sherman can aid in getting the thesis published in a Cambridge affiliated journal.

Research Strategy Questionnaire

List of research topics that might be of interest to GovStack

Partners: feel free to add anything that is missing

The ideas collected will complement the Miro Board

Margus: Reason for the research? Personal endeavor, GovStack opportunities?

Think of the time frame

Topic wise: priority is to collect ideas, and structure then prioritize

Sherman: See how each individual/partners see the internal strategies.

Think of the next phase, complimentary questions from partners, unis, research groups, and how to collect data from external teams

Margus: Once ideas have been collected, we can put them on the Miro Board, and figure out the research structure.

Have structured questions, (Taltech Master's theses) on the structured section on Miro Board

Nicholas: Focus on the research strategies of partner orgs before reaching out for external organizations

Nora: Start in a structured way

Giz- no defined research strategy yet, unlimited resources for research

Some unis interested, narrow down the research questionnaire

Sherman: Where to start with the questions.

Vikash: question 9 is open, propose Miro for external teams. Have indv stakeholder discussion and add them on Miro

Margus: Agree with Nora. Use questionnaires to collect research ideas, Miro to structure questions coming from the questionnaire

Sherman: Reword the questionnaire

Nora: Gather input within all the countries, external questionnaire sent to partners can be max 3 questions
