Caroline: We can send to partners orgs, countries. 

Vikash: start small then scale, 

Answer the micro-research strategy question first then extend 2 remaining partners such as eGov Foundation to answer the macro-research strategy question 

Can involve everyone working in the BB specifications and products committee 

Anyone who's been involved in GovStack the last 3 years too 

Nicholas: send survey then give ourselves 1.5 weeks to analyze responses 

Caroline: Suggest we break down questions 1-3 

Nicholas: Reflections, what other partners are doing interested in, useful to share and know publications that can be shared 

Vikash: The funding question can only be addressed by senior leadership. Can be made optional
