How should we define Capabilities?

it looks like there is a terminology confusion for “Capabilities”

• Jaume , Ramkumar - it is an additional abstraction layer above BBs (cross-BB) workflows ready for consumption in use-cases, e.g. registration, payments, emarketplace,etc.

• Wes - it is what is shown in slide 11 of Jaume presentation above and not about an additional abstraction layer.
