Implemented pages for USCT userflow.

Satya raised the question regarding “who is the aimed user on presented Front-End work.” . It was explained, current FrontEnd does not created for showcasing the actual user flow, it is just the implementation of the prepared wireframes. This question is answered through next Figma file presentation with user flow and Wireframes flow.
