Telemedicine Use Case

@Sarah Farooqi

15 min

This use case can vary significantly depending on infrastructure/environment.

Questions/Comments

  • Steve: This may give us a good opportunity to test out the Scheduler functionality/BB. Need to confirm that authentication/authorization functionality will work from a technical perspective

  • Esther: Telemedicine is being utilized in the UK and will look at this use case in using that perspective

  • Wes: It might be good to see where some of the steps may need to be rearranged

  • Margus: functionality may require dialog on whether or not we need additional building blocks. There may be variations on whether or not patients are already registered in a traditional healthcare system (i.e., with a digital health ID). If there is already a health record then there may be considerations for document management systems, etc.

  • Steve: there may be a gap in the case management

Next steps

  • Provide feedback/review

  • Reach out to domain experts (@Sarah Farooqi )

Use Case Sector Survey

@Wes Brown

10 min

Proposed Survey: https://forms.gle/ctLzrEYj2Hpp73oq6

  • Nico: we can circulate this within the rest of GovStack GC team. Is there one use case that’s a good example. [Link for version that’s easier to read]

  • Wes: Unconditional Social Cash Transfer is the most mature one.

  • Margus: Can we add all the classical domains that a government may have in the survey so that people can list their views. Interest from government will stem from the benefit of digital to bridge sectoral siloes.

  • Ayush: Which sector would passport services, etc. fall under?

Add example use case
Update the ranking list to include other sections (use Exchange as basis and wait for feedback from Margus)
Dial may have survey monkey license or use https://www.jotform.com/

Notes:

  • Ayush: Citizen feedback/review should be a part of the service design in the use cases.

  • Meelis: it can be annoying to get this. the step should come after the service, but should be separate not embedded as a part of the process. Also need to ensure that the data is actually being used and can inform the process before it’s too late to have an impact

  • Sarah: General feedback could be embedded within existing steps but grievances/complaints should be a separate steps

  • Cross-cutting requirement to have feedback incorporated.

  • Ayush: could be incorporated in M&E, but there needs to be a specific callout for citizen feedback. These have been included in EPR and Construction Permit already.

Priority Use Case Sectors
