Roadmap

https://govstack-global.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GH/pages/111771696

  • Questions/Comments

  • Margus: Procurement Tooling is more about ensuring that our documentation can easily be used to help in the creation of things like TORs. Discussed adding sections or paragraphs to building blocks to make them more "procurement suitable"

  • Steve: We’re missing the compliance testing and processes to engage with software (BB providers) in 2024

  • Steve: Need to discuss how best to handoff the sandbox work and continue to adapt new use cases for the platform. Capacity and resources need to be considered for building new use cases with the Gofore codebase going into maintenance mode. Need to define a plan for continuing use case development after the Gofore team rolls off

    • Meelis: Suggestion for us to define a schedule/challenge to adapt use cases/software in the sandbox. Maybe create a team around this?

  • Follow up meeting to be organized with Nico on use case development plan

Team Update - GovExchange

@Steve Conrad

10 min

  • Steve presented approach for integrating GovStack site with the Digital Impact Exchange via APIs and links

  • Exchange will provide APIs for GovStack site to pull in compliant products

  • Link will be added from GovStack Resources section to new GovExchange landing page on Exchange

  • GovExchange filters views on Exchange to just show GovStack relevant content

  • Provides way to navigate use cases, building blocks, and products related to GovStack

  • Discussion around best way to showcase vendor/provider info and contacts

Next Publication

@Wes Brown

10 min

  • Proposed renaming current 23Q3 release to 23Q4

  • No objections received to starting final review process

  • 4 new items to review: e-Signature, e-Marketplace, GIS building blocks and UI/UX Guidelines

  • Sandbox content is a 1.0 prerelease level, we can call it the 0.9 release

  • Plan to publish 0.9 sandbox content along with main 23Q4 changes in next publication in early 2024

  • Steve to create consolidated release notes

  • Reviewers to be included in process as done previously
