Goals for the 23Q3 Publication

Identify potential use cases in each sector and find volunteers to analyze sectors and identify potential use cases

• 3-4 sectors

• Contributions from country and/or community of practice

Decision on which use cases to prioritize for the next (post-1.0) publication

  • Top use cases:

    • Climate use case: Disaster Management and Response

    • School fee payment

    • Cronic Disease case

  • Finance sector: Start with e-taxation from the business owner perspective

  • Climate:

    • @Sarah Farooqi and @Sainabou Jallow had a call with a disaster management body in Indonesia on a platform that allow crowdsourcing updates on natural disasters.

    • @Farina Owusu This can be a relevant sector, can prioritise Disaster management and response use case.

    • @PSRAMKUMAR can we prioritise use cases/sectors that would have relatively minor consequences. Best prioritise those that are Early Warning system. Highly recommend Digital twin

  • Health:

    • @Sainabou Jallow had a meeting with Spider, a Sweedish NGO about health use cases

    • @PSRAMKUMAR will be willing to assist in Health care use cases
