Case for making Mobile Readiness a Default in GovStack (Slides below)
@Jaume DUBOIS insert presentation
Discussion
Rachel: Great and needed component for eservices. But specificing such a mobile companion should not be in the scope of GovStack. GovStack should focus on the backend and interface provision instead of citizen facing frontend
Wes: How can we figure out what value add we can provide. Government would want branded, custom mobile interfaces
Ramkumar: Current plans for demonstration in the sandbox: Is it agnostic to resolution?
Meelis: Had a long discussion. But in the first USCT simulation we do not offer mobile friendly version because information overload (actual UI and context UI)
Jaume: Need for an individual UI
Wes: What is needed: Here are the process to utilize mobile devices
Ramkumar: UI group is creating UI patters, it might be possible to combine
Jaume: Presentation and Discussion with UI group is needed
Steve: Bring to TC to include intro UI/UX WG
Next Steps:
@Jaume DUBOIS to share on topic at TC
PC to decide on what documents to create and how, choose a lead (create a team?), and get started

Wave 3 BB Use Cases
@PSRAMKUMAR
@PSRAMKUMAR has sent out a note to WGs, will share an on wave 3 BB use cases update next week. Can they deposit the use cases on confluence instead of Gitbook
WG are in the process of migrating content from their preferred working environment to Gitbook
GIS and eMarketplace groups already transitioned first content to Gitbook
Try to identify use cases that will highlight the value of the GovStack approach
Identify potential use cases in each sector
Find volunteers to analyze sectors and identify potential use cases
Decide on which use cases to prioritize for the next (post-1.0) publication
Present use case in GC get it approved
Launch the campaign

@Wes Brown to set up discussion (on GC?) around documents like GERA. These should likely not be considered part of the core “products” but need to find out where they fit
@Jaume DUBOIS to create a few slides to document ideas for a GovStack mobile app and update on togo trip
@PSRAMKUMAR to gather wave 3 BB use cases and share at upcoming PC
