Steve: Is there an option to better link the use cases to the country engagement activities?
Wes: High school certificate is one of the use cases that we engage with. Can be used for a future reference use case.
Yolanda shared the updated country dashboard. It gives an overview of current use cases in the countries.
Steve: GovStack’s objective is also scalability, how do we transfer this to our country engagement? Currently we only work on individual services with countries.
Yolanda: Some countries focus on services that span different ministries (Djibouti). Others have a particular need and collaborate with GovStack to fulfill these needs (e.g. digitalizing a specific service)
Steve: To prove that the BBs work across multiple use cases, we need to collaborate with the countries on multiple use cases.
Sainabou: What is the timeline for the Gambia e-learning use case?
Yolanda: Institutional and governance-level cooperation is crucial for successful implementation. The cooperation differs depending on the stages of implementation. We follow the structure of the country implementation playbook.
