• Till mid December: Establish GovStack trade mark and assess legal implications​

• Till mid December: Revise individualised GovStack logo design with graphic designer​

• Final Agreement on 18th December 2023

Yolanda: This content should be referenced on the GovStack web site and utilized to give guidance to interested parties.

Margus: What is the process to engage with a potential collaborator? Is the final decision going to need to wait on the legal pieces (Trademark)? How do we clarify that usage of the logo does not imply that the whole of GovStack (fully compliant systems) has been adopted

Sarah: GIZ is looking into just purchasing the “logo rights”

Wes: When can we get some proposals for the collaborator logo from a designer?

Sarah: At least 3 weeks from when we decide to proceed.
