This page describes the GovStack Governance Committee meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions, and decisions.
To avoid long meetings where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have, and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions, and actions needed for greatest impact.

Update on sustainability process @Max Schumann
As kick-off of the regular team updates from the new organisational structure Team Proposalarchived
Overview of recommendations by the DIAL expert team.
Need to be open to a staged approach with interim solutions in light of challenges.
Two approaches: Insitutional attachment or network to network.
One pager template: An overview of partner, the potential model and the pro’s and cons.
Co-design options with all partners- adding scenarios, detailing these scenarios or adding to existent ones.
Timeline: Another 6 weeks to shortlist options, or enrich the long list and then a shortlist. Another 6 weeks for deepdive. In beginning of 2024 . Fully operational realistically by end of next year.
Recommend an analysis of legal options and implications of the options.
Next steps: Reach out after the meeting, partners to appoint someone from team who can discuss a decision and put aside some time- working group and not a decision group, working via a collaborative document with 1 meeting in 3 weeks. End of November first leg ends. From there, we subcontract partners to look at the options, and then make final call before Christmas.
Advisory Board meeting in last two weeks of November.
