This page describes the GovStack meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions and decisions.

To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.

Implementation week in Djibouti eCabinet & eConstruction Permits
Applying for CTO role and providing for Triage role, applying for grant and appointment of the new Project manager (EstDev) name to be announced soon!		Under the grant EE will concentrate on ID, Wallet The Project Manager will come on board next week.

Partnerships - USAID	Cora/ Nora	Interest in taking our resources and implementing them. We are exploring how to formalise this partnership. We will have a one-pager and communication about the partnership. We are looking to formalise and add Implementation partners (multipliers) @Eskandar, Hani USAID can be more than an implementation partner. @Wes Brown fostering these connections takes time and are vital. We can give them a voice in our work. @Hans Christian Ende we should move quick on this, even before the foundation is formalised. @Eskandar, Hani Lets prepare some reading material on areas where contributions can be made, like sandbox.
EU - Alignements	Nora	How do we ensure participation from European experts? Collecting current and future activities Potential of allignment with European experts on wallet and payment. @Hans Christian Ende There is a moment with EU stack being created. We can use this stack as a success story.
Atlassian Apps - Non-Free	@Wes Brown	Do we have a budget for these or should we only use free apps? Currently, no budget assigned for Atlassian (Jia+Confluence) The cost for baseline app can be covered by the foundation, in the interim by ITU.
